Have you done business with Chickasaw Demolition?

We would love your honest feedback.

Excellent work in short amount of time... Chickasaw did a full demolition and removal of our massive ancient diving pool in the heat of August. Tom Owens is a rare breed -- a hands on business owner with fair prices and minimal overhead. A small team with many years experience to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Was a pleasure to work with.

Tom and his crew (Terry, Sean, Bobby) are all dedicated and professional. The options and estimates given to demo my pool were fair and adhered to. It was a pleasure having them do the work, answered questions and even having referrals to other resources I needed, ie. Stucco and house painter. Thank you!

These guys got the work done in the promised amount of time, which definitely keeps my HOA happy. The entire process was very smooth and Tom was great at communicating what would happen at each step, so no surprises. I was so glad to get rid of my old pool and never felt like this job was too small for them, they were professional and courteous.

We hired Chickasaw Demolition to help us transform a very unsightly front and rear landscape. The job was large. It consisted of removing a lot of debris, deconstructing an old pond, tearing out dilapidated sheds. Tom and his crew were amazing. From the estimate to job completion, he’s been amazing. He was very responsive to all my questions and requests. He’s professional and works with the precision of a surgeon with his bobcat. His foresight is incredible. We have neighbors on either side of our property. Tom’s experience and care for the neighbors yards is second to none. He removed hundreds of buried railroad ties, many of which abutted our neighbor’s property. He never once affected our neighbor’s property. He was prompt, on time and made sure he left the property in better condition than he found it. Any issues that came up during his work there, he handled very professionally. I’ve already had Tom and his crew working on our primary residence and would hire him again. I highly recommend Chickasaw Demo. You won’t be disappointed.

We had our pool decking demolished and pool filled by Chickasaw. Tom was great at communication from beginning to end. He was very up front and honest about cost, time, and the overall process. Pool equipment was removed and everything was done according to city code. Tom was very knowledgeable and even went out of his way to avoid damage to landscaping that was precious to us. We are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

They did a pool demolition for us. They were always on time and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. Tom made sure the the depth of the fill dirt and top soil was done to our landscape design requirements. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

Hired them to fill in a pool in my backyard. Tom and his crew did a great job and went out of their way to make a customer happy. Would hire them again for anything else that came up.

I have to say, from the time that Tom answered the phone until the time the job was completed and cleaned up that Tom and his crew were professional, highly skilled, considerate and extremely reasonably priced!
We had a 90' by 90' concrete slab removed and hauled away that connected to our home. With precision, care and efficiency, that monstrosity was demolished and removed with not one little dink to our plants that surrounded it, nor our home that was right next to it. . . it was amazing! We also purchased 7 landscape boulders at a "rock" bottom price and he delivered and positioned them with precision and skill as well. We are so pleased that we called Tom! Thank you Tom!

Tom and his crew came out to demo my diving pool. They we’re done in just two days! 9 1/2’ deep with cool deck and two foot removed below grade. You can not even tell a pool was ever there. They left the back yard clean and level. Tom and his crews are pleasant and down to earth. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tom and his crew were fantastic. I had a large fountain/pool demo'd. Tom was punctional, professional, and they cleaned as they went. The clean up was fantastic, never would have know a bobcat was in the yard doing demo work. I was so impressed, especially after experiences I have had with other contractors. Tom was by far the best that has done work for me. I would have them back for any demo needs in the future. Tom was also very reasonable, and was able to save my concrete foundation, which saved me money. Very pleased!

Great prices, friendly and overdelivered on service! We shopped multiple demo companies and Tom beat all of them. He should be at the top of the list

OK, so this is going to be a lengthy review. But when a company so goes so far beyond your expectations it should be noted. Right up front I need to tell you that if you use Tom and Chickasaw you will have the same revelations. I don't know how many times I walked out into the backyard and said OMG...OMG...OOOOMMMMGGGG!

We bought our home about three years ago, it was a short sale. It had a standard size play pool and a massive built in BBQ area. I thought how great this is going to be. But living with that concrete fortress in the backyard and trying to entertain was another matter. The concrete on the ground was on four different levels. Some steps up from the ground were four inches, some were eight inches and one was a leg snapping twelve inches off the ground. After a couple of beers it was a femur fracture waiting to happen.

Everything was in the wrong place. The BBQ was on an outside wall and faced due west into the blazing afternoon sun with no way to shade yourself. There were two sinks but while they had water to them the drains just went into a side yard...yuck. We were done with it.

Chickasaw was the first company to come and bid the job and I felt right at home with Tom. He listened to me and to him what I saw as a monumental undertaking to him was no big thing. Because of the size of the yard and the small gate opening he could not get his Bob Cat in there so it would have to be jack hammer and sixteen pound sledges. Considering what the job entailed, his bid and my comfort level with Tom I gave him the job and cancelled out the other companies.

To be honest, I had fears about what could happen. Demolition by definition means breaking stuff and I wanted my pool, the cool deck and the surrounding block wall fences to still be there at the end of the day. Tom and his crew showed up right on time and within fifteen minutes Tom explained what had to be done, what to watch out for (gas, water and electrical pipes in the BBQ area) and where to put the debris.

The first thing the crew did was to bring in many 4x8 sheets of thin plywood which they laid over my cool deck to protect it from the traffic of the wheel barrows. This I immediately recognized as something that was needed but I had not thought of it, but Tom did.

The crew worked non-stop, first with taking sledge hammers to the concrete block and then brought in the jack hammer for the concrete. There were areas of the concrete that were over 12 inches thick but the crew worked right through it. All the debris was wheel barrowed out to the street where Tom was waiting with his Bob Cat and a HUGE dump truck.

The crew cleaned up smaller pieces as they went along so the work site was always tidy...tidy as it can be with demolition going on. When it was all done they picked up their tools and using brooms swept their way to the front.

Out in the street they swept up all the dirt and then washed down the street. You can hardly tell that any demolition had taken place.

I do not praise people or a company for mediocre work but Tom and all the crew at Chickasaw Demolition have raised the bar when it comes to a professional demolition company. I highly recommend them if you need a pool torn out, concrete removed or a house knocked down.
